Free Return on Delivery – Express Delivery Products

If your Express Delivery sofa is not suitable, you can refuse the delivery while our team is still on-site and return it free of charge immediately upon delivery.

Once the delivery team has left, returns can still be arranged within 14 days of delivery.

14-Day Returns

Fast Delivery products can be returned within 14 days of delivery in line with UK distance selling regulations.

A collection and restocking fee of 15% of the furniture value will apply to returns arranged after delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Extended Returns – Unopened Items

Unopened Fast Delivery products may also be returned within 45 days of delivery provided the item:

• Has not been unpacked
• Has not been used
• Remains in original packaging

A 15% collection and restocking fee will apply.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Sofas

Custom-made and made-to-order sofas are generally non-returnable once production has started.

However, if you are not fully happy with your order after delivery, we may be able to offer an exchange for another product. A collection and restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the item and the replacement selected.
