The service is carried out by Clearabee, a UK-wide furniture collection and recycling specialist.
Once your order is confirmed, Clearabee will contact you directly to arrange the collection and confirm the most suitable timing. Collection may take place on the same day as your new Msofas sofa delivery or earlier, subject to availability.
This service is designed for sofas made up of two sections, ensuring both pieces are collected and disposed of responsibly through approved waste management routes.

Care instructions
Vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment and plump cushions to keep their shape. Blot spills straight away with a clean, dry cloth – do not rub. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from radiators.

Delivery
Your order will be delivered by the Msofas delivery team. Once ready, you will receive a confirmed delivery window and tracking updates.
Delivery and assembly
Upholstered furniture: delivered to your room of choice, unpacked and assembled, with all packaging removed. Flat-packed furniture: delivered to your doorstep. Assembly and packaging removal are not included.
