We’ll notify you 3–4 days before your sofa is due for delivery with an estimated delivery date. Once you receive your Clearabee confirmation email, you can log into your customer portal and choose a suitable collection slot.

For Fast Delivery items, Clearabee can collect your old sofa after your new one has been delivered or within 24 hours, depending on your preference.

Yes. You can amend your collection date via the Clearabee customer portal up until the morning of collection. If changes are needed on the same morning, you’ll need to contact Clearabee directly by email or web chat.

Yes. Pricing is fixed based on how many items you need collected. Paying upfront secures your booking and ensures the team has enough vehicle space allocated for your collection.

Yes — Clearabee can collect your sofa from an upstairs room, provided it is safe to do so.

If it’s safe and won’t damage your home, the team can dismantle the sofa before removal. They cannot remove doors from frames or lower sofas through windows due to safety rules.

Yes — if your Msofas order is already placed, you can still add a sofa collection. Just proceed through the Clearabee request link, and the service will be added separately.
