Important Note for Deliveries Above the 6th Floor
If your property is above the 6th floor and there is lift access, please select Upper Floor Delivery (1–3 Floors) at checkout. Then, add a note in the order comments or email us at support@msofas.co.uk to let us know that the delivery address is above the 6th floor.

Delivery Planning at Msofas

We operate differently from large parcel couriers. As we handle fewer but larger deliveries each day, every route is carefully planned for efficiency and care. As a result, we may only be in your area once a week, so we kindly ask for your flexibility in working with our delivery schedule.

Our drivers will provide either a morning or afternoon delivery window and will call at least 30 minutes before arrival.

Delivery Times

Normal delivery hours are between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Weekend deliveries may occasionally be available on request.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

In-stock items: 1–7 days
Bespoke products: 3–8 weeks
Standard orders: up to 4 weeks from receipt of payment

For urgent orders, please contact us with your delivery details and we will confirm availability.

Delivery Day Policy

A missed delivery charge starting from £100 may apply if the agreed delivery date is missed. The exact amount will depend on the size and capacity of the item.

Room of Choice Delivery

As part of our standard delivery service, upholstered furniture will be placed in the room of your choice. Please ensure that all access routes, including hallways, staircases, and doorways, are clear and suitable for delivery.

Product Acceptance

For non-consumer purchases, goods are deemed accepted 5 working days after delivery.
For finance orders, delivery can only be made to the billing address.
Once goods have been accepted, they cannot be rejected for non-compliance with the contract.
