Lifetime Frame Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on the structural frame of all upholstered furniture purchased on or after 1 August 2024. The warranty begins from the date of delivery and covers structural manufacturing defects in the frame.

In addition, all new upholstered furniture includes a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in components such as joints, springs and other structural elements.

Please note: The term “frame” refers only to the main structural support of the furniture before upholstery is applied. It does not include springs, spring clips, mechanisms, arm cards, foam, cushions, fabric, leather or other upholstered components.

What is not covered?

• • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Damage caused by pets or liquids
  • Incorrect cleaning or lack of maintenance
  • Damage caused by heat, sunlight or damp conditions
  • Unauthorised repairs or alterations
  • Commercial use
  • Natural fabric, leather or foam changes resulting from normal use
