For your peace of mind and in compliance with the Distance Selling Law, all items from Fast Delivery can be returned within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
Please inform us within this period if you wish to return your item. We will refund the full amount you paid for the item purchased, but delivery/collection costs will apply (15% of the furniture price).
Free returns are only applicable if the delivery team is still on-site and the item is returned immediately upon delivery. Once the delivery team has left, a collection fee of 15% will be charged to cover logistics.
Please note: The item must be returned to us in the same condition it was sent out, together with the original packaging, so it can be returned to the manufacturer. If an item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right not to issue a full refund.
In addition to the standard 14-day return policy, Fast Delivery products may also be returned within 45 days of delivery, provided that:
The product has not been unpacked
The product has not been used
The product is in its original packaging
Returns under this extended period will also incur delivery/collection costs (15% of the furniture price).
Custom-made sofas are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless:
There is a confirmed manufacturing defect, or
The goods delivered do not match your order.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their orders before confirming, to avoid unnecessary costs or issues.
Under the Distance Selling Directive, customers have a duty of care for products while in their possession. If products are damaged by the customer and subsequently returned, repair costs will be deducted from the refund. If repair is not economically viable, no refund will be made. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you discover a fault after delivery, please follow these steps:
Notify us in writing with photos of the defect and/or by phone, quoting your order reference number, within 7 days of discovering the defect.
Allow us to arrange an engineer’s inspection at your home, or if requested, return the goods to us (at our expense) for examination.
Upon confirmation of the fault, we will repair or replace the goods (or the defective part).
Please note:
Msofas shall not be liable if the goods are used after giving notice of the fault, or if the goods are altered or repaired without our written consent.
Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have a legal right to reject goods of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described, and receive a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or price reduction.
