STEPS TO ENTER –

1. Submit your email address using the entry form to take part in the promotion.
   (Only one entry per person is permitted and the email address must match an eligible order.)

2. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions of the promotion.

3. All eligible entries will be included in a random prize draw.

4. Five winners will be selected once the promotion has ended.

5. Successful entrants will be contacted by email within 4 working days of the closing date.

6. Each winning order may be refunded up to a maximum value of £2,000.

Terms & Conditions of Win Your Order Back

1. the win your order back promotion is organised by msofas and will run from 23 december 2025 to 10 january 2026, inclusive.

2. entry into the promotion is free and is completed by submitting a valid email address via the promotion form and placing an order with msofas during the promotion period.

3. only orders placed between 23/12/2025 and 10/01/2026 are eligible for entry into the prize draw.

4. a total of three (3) winning orders will be selected at random from all valid entries received.

5. the maximum prize value per winning order is £1,500.

6. only one entry per household will be accepted.

7. the promotion is open to uk residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of msofas, their immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

8. to qualify, the email address used to enter must match the email address used to place the qualifying order.

9. winners will be notified by email within seven (7) working days of the promotion closing date and must confirm acceptance of the prize within ten (10) working days. if confirmation is not received, msofas reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

10. the prize will be applied as a refund or reduction of the order value, up to the stated maximum. the prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

11. all orders remain subject to msofas’ standard returns, cancellations, and refund policy.

12. by entering the promotion, participants agree to receive marketing communications from msofas, which they may unsubscribe from at any time.

13. any personal data collected for the purposes of this promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable uk data protection legislation. please refer to our privacy policy for further information.

14. msofas reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time where necessary.

15. the decision of msofas is final in all matters relating to the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of england and wales, and the courts of england and wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
