Delivery is carried out by the Msofas delivery team. Once the order is ready, a confirmed delivery window and tracking updates will be provided.

Delivery & Assembly

Upholstered Furniture: Delivered to the room of choice, unpacked, assembled, and all packaging removed.

Flat-Packed Furniture: Delivered to the doorstep only. Assembly and packaging removal are not included.

Later Delivery Requests

If a later delivery date is required (for example, due to a house move), the order can be held and delivery scheduled for a preferred date. Delivery preferences can be provided after checkout.

Preparing for Delivery

Please ensure that the furniture will fit through all access points, including doors, hallways, stairs, or lift access. Measuring in advance helps avoid delivery delays.

Old Sofa Removal

Old furniture removal can be arranged via the Clearabee collection service, with multiple affordable options available directly on the website (1–5 items).
