After delivery is confirmed, the published process uses a Clearabee email and customer portal to select a collection slot. Collection coverage excludes Northern Ireland.

Before choosing a slot

Check the number of items and explain any stairs or difficult access. Read the collection instructions and save the booking reference. If your plans change, use Clearabee’s current contact or portal instructions. Ask the provider about any unusual requirement rather than assuming the Msofas delivery team can change a separate collection.
