A tight entrance does not always mean your furniture will not fit. Our team can help check the route.
Look at the whole journey from the entrance to your chosen room. Even if your furniture appears too large for a doorway or a tight corner, it may still be possible to bring it in.
Our delivery team can help
Our experienced drivers can turn, tilt and carefully manoeuvre furniture through tight spaces. Where the furniture design allows, they can dismantle it to help with access and reassemble it in your room. The best approach depends on the furniture and the route into your home.
What should I measure?
- Measure the clear width and height of doorways at their narrowest usable point.
- Check corridor turns, stair widths, landings and ceiling heights.
- Measure lift doors and the inside of the lift, if relevant.
- Note fixed obstacles, handrails and tight corners.
- Clear loose objects from the delivery route before the team arrives.
Unsure whether it will fit? Send us the details after ordering
After placing your order, send us photographs and measurements of any difficult parts of the route, together with your order number. Include the entrance, doorways, stairs, landings and any tight turns. A simple floor plan can also help.
Email support@msofas.co.uk or contact our team. We will review the details with our delivery team and confirm the access arrangements, including any dismantling and reassembly needed, before delivery.
