Msofas uses delivery zones and floor-based charges. Some ground-floor deliveries are free; other locations or services carry a charge.

Check your situation

Have your postcode, floor number and lift details ready. Mention unusual access, a long carry or any restriction that could affect the delivery. Check the delivery page and the total presented for your order. If the service you need is unclear, ask for written confirmation of both the price and what is included.
