The contact page says address changes can be requested before dispatch. Finance orders have delivery-address restrictions.

Prepare your request

Send your order number, the existing address and the full replacement address, including postcode. Mention any change in floor, lift access or delivery restrictions. Ask for confirmation of the new address and whether the move changes the service or charge. If a delivery has already been arranged, mention that date prominently in your message.
