Ordering your furniture should feel straightforward. Follow the steps below using a corner sofa bed as an example. Options vary by product, so always check the details for the furniture you have chosen.

Before you start, have your room and access measurements ready. If you are unsure about a colour, order fabric samples first.

Your order, step by step

  1. Find the furniture you love

    Visit msofas.co.uk. Use the search box if you know the model name, or browse a category such as Corner Sofa Beds. On a smaller screen, open the menu to see the categories.

    Start with a category or use the search box.

  2. Choose a product

    Use Filter and Sort by where available to narrow the selection. Open a product to see its full details. Similar-looking sofas may have different sizes, fabrics or delivery estimates.

  3. Check the size and product details

    Look through the photographs and read Description, Dimensions and Delivery. Check the sofa fits both your room and the route into your home. For a sofa bed, allow space for the sleeping area when open.

  4. Select your fabric and colour

    Open Select a colour and choose a swatch. Read its name and any extra charge shown, then check the selection appears on the product page. Screen colours can vary, so samples are useful if you are deciding between fabrics.

    Choose a named swatch and check any price difference.

  5. Choose the legs and corner side

    Complete the other options shown for your product, including Legs and Select Side where available. Use the left/right diagrams to choose the layout you need. If the orientation is unclear, ask our team before ordering.

    Some sofa beds also offer Sleeping area the same as main colour. Select your preference and check whether it adds to the price.

  6. Review the choices and add to your basket

    Check your selected options, current price and estimated delivery information. Review any optional extras separately. When the configuration is correct, select Add to Basket.

  7. Decide whether to add optional protection

    A furniture protection offer may appear. Read the cover details and price if you are considering it. To proceed without this extra, choose Continue without protection. Only choose Add with Protection if you want to include it.

    Protection is an optional choice in this example.

  8. Check every detail in your basket

    Review the product name, fabric, legs, corner side, any extra options and quantity. Use the quantity controls or Remove if you need to change the basket. Confirm the subtotal before selecting Checkout.

    Shipping is confirmed during checkout for your delivery address. This example follows the standard Checkout button; express payment routes may look different.

  9. Enter your contact details

    In checkout, enter your email address or mobile number in Contact. Check it carefully so order updates can reach you. Review the separate news-and-offers checkbox according to your preference.

    If you have a discount code, enter it in Discount code, select Apply and check the updated total. On a smaller screen, you may need to open the order summary.

  10. Enter the delivery address

    Complete the shipping address fields: name, address, city, postcode and phone number. Add the flat or apartment details where needed. Review the separate text-message marketing option and select Continue to shipping when the address is correct.

    If you are unsure about stairs, narrow doorways or tight turns, send us photographs and measurements with your order number after placing your order. Our team will review the route and confirm the arrangements before delivery. See our delivery route guide.

  11. Review delivery, payment and confirmation

    Follow the next checkout screens to review the delivery options and charges for your address, then choose an available payment method. Read the terms shown for that method, check the final total and make sure the order details are correct before completing the order.

    After completion, keep your order reference and confirmation. If you are unsure whether an order went through, check your inbox and junk folder, then contact our team before trying again.
